At first there were some scheduling issues, but Stan called me back and made certain that someone came to my house that day to get the job done. I am now happy with the service.

They contacted me immediately and arranged to come out about a week later. They did a good job cleaning the gutters AND cleaning up the debris which was very improtant to me. The only glitch was that they didn't come out when scheduled due to rain, however no one called to inform us of this or to reschedule. I had to call to find out what was going on. It was handled quite professionally overall.
