Vince was propmt with his estimate and explained the process he would emply for our project. He took the time to investigate the existing finish by sanding a small area and applying some Polyurethane to identify the species of wood we had and how it would look adjacent to our newer floor. He also discussed the two areas that required repair.
He started the job on-time and completed the repair along with stripping the old finish and applying the first of three coats of Urethane in one day. He returned on the days he promised and finished on time.
We added several items which he also completed on time. We were very satisfied.
